Low Carb Diet-Day 8
My stats yesterday were 2598 calories, 57 carbs and 133 fat grams. So I did go more than my goal of staying under 50 per day, but not by substantially and I have been way below all week. But I weighed in at 222.4, so I did a bit backslide. That may happen from time to time, so I’m not too worried about it, I will only get worried if it continues for three days or so. But I’m nevertheless on pace to get down to 217 or much less by the finish of the month. I just keep looking at what I have accomplished so far and where I have to be in the finish with the month. If I focus on the day to day stuff it’s going to drive me crazy.
My work out yesterday was back for the P90x, I nonetheless feel like a wimp in comparison to all of them. Even that girl can do all kinds of pull-ups and I’m nonetheless using a chair to help me out. But I’m not going to become discouraged, it is not like they’re going to generate a video having a bunch of fat weaklings. They ensure that they have people today on there that look like we would like to look like when we get done with this series. It tends to make sense, but often it could be quite discouraging once they are grabbing big weights or undertaking tons of push-ups and I’m lifting fairly modest weights and can’t even do half the push-ups they may be undertaking. But that is one of the reasons I am writing this blog. I want you to experience what I am going by way of so you realize that you are not going via these struggles alone.
